How We Work
There are no upfront costs to you. We are a contingent based recruitment firm, when you engage our services there are no invoices until we are successful in locating, isolating, and on-boarding the ideal match for your open position. Once we’re successful in our efforts, and you hire one of our candidates, we invoice at a small% of the first year base salary (Excluding bonus and commissions), a dramatically reduced rate compared to industry standards. Once you sign our agreement, you can continue to rely on your own internal recruitment efforts knowing again that there are no financial obligations on your side of table unless you hire one of our candidates.
On top of that we provide a 90 day guarantee, which includes replacement of the professional in the unlikely event that things don’t work out.
